friendly location, professional staff, sparkling clean rooms. we liked the room, it was a nice size. restaurant was so close to the hotel and they provided halal meals. the facilities were wonderful and easy to use.
-
Really loved that we had a heating system, a sitting area and ironing facilities in the king room. Don't forget to explore South End district. It was worth its 3 stars🙂
-
One could dine at restaurants such as Dona Habana 10 minutes away. Not far from swan boats. Free Wi Fi was a welcome feature. Would return anytime, thanks very much😃
-
The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was good. Checkin was quick and efficient.
Poorly informed of the location of the hotel. The bus should be more frequent.
-
The staff was so friendly!!!! The Continental breakfast was excellent! And how could I forget the fresh cookies on the hour. Loved our trip to Boston!
-
Special mention for the breakfast that were excellent. Offering a good variety. Special mention for the lady who had welcome us. She was working at night and gave us an excellent service everytime we needed information. I think her name was Swan or something like that. Would go back anytime.

Great service, they had shuttles to get me where I needed to, even at 5:30 AM. They also let me keep my luggage there during the day while I was out after checking out. Very good service for the price.
If you are a light sleeper, the ambulances at night could wake some up. That is the only downside. I slept through them fine though.
-
Staff were mostly helpful, rooms was large and clean, breakfast was a great selection, had no problems here at all.
Ambulance noise. Dealt with this by having the A/C on all night.
-
Clean, spacious room; well equiped and organised hotel; free shuttle service to downtown, business unit (internet) and breakfast are the fine aspects of this hotel.
Some personnel at the reception desk lacked patience and friendliness. The price for parking should have be given at the website.

Hotel rooms have are reasonably big, breakfast is good and the staying in the hotel is a very comfortable experience. There was even a free afternoon meal. GREAT!
In september 2011 the internet connection had some serious issues. But it would only disturb you if you needed to use it A LOT.

Excellent staff. A very nice hotel. Overall, a very emjoyable experience.
Because the hotel is located close to 3 hospitals/medical centres and a fire station, there is the constant sound of sirens. This did not overly bother me but may be a problem for some people.
-
The gym. It needs to be revamped- it's a lawsuit waiting to happen if the machines aren't updated.
-
The kind and helpful attitude of staff was a surprise and the available complimentary services. Easy access to Logan airport, just few minutes from the heart of Boston downtown either walking, bus or shuttle.
-
The staff is quite helpfull. I manange to master to go around boston to hop on and out from bus to the city train / subway. It saves my transportation budget in town. It will be nice if the hotel will have a coin wash and dryer machines in the hotel so I don't have to go out to do my laundry.

Everything about the hotel is completely excellent. Super inclusive breakfast. The hotel is located a 15 minute bus ride from the big city centre. To go by bus (best) just exit hotel from the Massachusetts Avenue exit, walk two blocks to Washington Avenue then catch the Silver number 5 bus (every 10 mins) to the end of its route for $1.50 single and you'll land up right outside Macy's famous department store.
As said the hotel completely excellent. The one down side is the frequent loud noise of ambulance sirens arriving/departing the close by hospital. Ear plugs are provided in the bathroom or best bring your own.
