The staff impressed me with their friendly demeanor and willingness to help. The room felt clean and had a comfortable bed. I enjoyed the fresh coffee and snacks available in the lobby all day. Having access to tea and hot chocolate was a nice touch on a chilly evening. The breakfast selection met expectations. it was a dependable continental spread. However, the location raised some concerns. The area felt unsettled at night, and I heard police and ambulance sirens regularly. Even though security was visible, I didn’t feel comfortable wandering outside after dark, which limited my evening options. The air conditioning unit in my room was a bit loud and disrupted my sleep at times. Overall, I appreciated the hotel's amenities but felt the surroundings could improve significantly.

Breakfast offered an impressive selection, including fruit salads and hearty options like eggs and bacon, exceeding expectations. The room was spacious and comfortable, creating a pleasant environment for rest. However, the hotel is not centrally located, making it difficult to find nearby grocery stores, and the overall ambiance felt a bit busy due to the surrounding area. Despite these drawbacks, the cleanliness and safety felt prioritized.
